At Pittstop Credit Experts we are passionate about helping people with their credit. We do our best to assist Clients with their credit repair problems. We value Customer Satisfaction. However, if you qualify for a refund, we’re here to help.

By law we cannot make any verbal or written promise, or guarantee of outcome, score increases, or timing of credit repair services. Clients may request a refund if they believe that the Pittstop Credit Experts did not complete the obligations as defined in our Terms and Conditions, or the Client’s signed agreement.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee on our credit repair service, even with this we do not make any promises or assumptions as to the results of our credit repair work or in regards to your credit score and/or how it may be affected.

If we do not manage to update any inaccurate, obsolete, erroneous, incomplete and unverifiable information on your credit reports, you are entitled to a full refund within 90 Days. All you have to do is provide us with a copy of your results.

From there, refunds will be issued between 5-7 business days upon your request. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts.

The monthly charge is billed on a monthly basis for services previously rendered and performed, and is non-refundable after 90 days of purchase.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

  • You may cancel at any time at least (10) ten days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. 
  • When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.
  • All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.

Refunds Policy

Initial on-boarding charges are not refundable at any point and time. As per your agreement, payment for your consultation, analysis, account set up and documentation handling are non-refundable. 

There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting for a refund:

Standard Refund Policy

  • You can request a refund any time after (90) days, if we did not fulfill our obligations that are stated in our agreement, rather it’s via email or phone.
  • You did not acquire services with any other credit restoration company during the duration of being enrolled with Pittstop Credit Experts.
  • Payments are not overdue and all payments due and owing to Pittstop Credit Experts are current and made upon payment due date.
  • Refunds are limited to payments made for the first 90 days of service only.
  • Recent 3-bureau reports must be obtained or furnished to Pittstop Credit Experts during the time of refund request.

Upon issuing a refund, all work will stop on your account and no further work will be done.  

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund any time after (90) days, if we did not fulfill our obligations that are stated in our agreement, rather it’s via email or phone. 

Follow the simple and easy three steps refund below: 

  • Contact us via your preferred method of communication telling us your concerns and reason for requesting a refund.
  • Allow us ten (10) – fourteen (14) business days to process your refund.
  • We will send you a confirmation of the refund transaction sent to you confirming refund.

How Refunds are Processed

Once we receive your request and upon approval, a refund is initiated within ten (10) – fourteen (14) business days. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
